I wanted to have a conversation with the people who really make it happen in the theater. Whether they are behind the scenes or in the light. Who are these craftsmen, producers, designers, actors, writers, dancers, and the people who get hired to pull a production together. I wanted to ask them where they got started?  Why did they pick that project over another?  Who gave them their first break?  A real one on one interview with the people who interest and inspire me. Here is where I’m hoping it happens.
